A Photoshop project I worked on for a friend.
I started off by asking which of my friend's two favorite music artists is the best, Tyler, The Creator. Then what his favorite album cover from him was, Igor, and what his favorite color is, purple.
Now with this information, I made a decision a stay true to the design and style of the album cover for Igor, Not to stray away too far.
I then got to photoshop to first create a mask around Tyler from the original cover, add a deep purple background, create 2 extra copies of Tyler with dark blend modes applied and layered behind the front-most mask, and then created two different products with different effected backgrounds.
